Elton Norman, MBA, ChFC®

Prior to joining the financial industry with Merrill Lynch, Elton spent 21 years serving in the United States Army. During that time, he received numerous awards, including the "Bronze Star Medal" for his heroic actions during combat operations in Iraq.

After becoming an advisor and helping his clients pursue their financial future, Elton saw the importance of impartiality from a trusted authority. He also noticed that the industry was lacking objectivity despite the need for it.

It has always been Elton’s priority to pursue his passion for assisting families in reaching their financial goals. He strives to thoroughly understand his clients’ financial priorities. At the heart of his philosophy, he has a desire to build enduring relationships through his commitment to providing outstanding service at Dominion Financial Group.

Elton holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University. He also holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Webster University as well as a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University Metropolitan College.  Elton also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College of Financial Services and currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with Northcentral University.

Elton is currently an Adjunct Professor with Webster University where he teaches Business, Finance, and Management courses. Elton enjoys attending his church and spending time with his wife, Lynette, who is currently on active duty in the United States Army and their daughter, Elecea.
